About Project
The Warrington College of Business at the University of Florida is a highly respected institution that provides business education for thousands of undergraduate and graduate students every year. Their aging website frustrated their growing staff of editors and students alike. Through Carnegie, they sought a redesign that matched their growth.
I was contracted to consult on the design and implementation of a new WordPress website for UF warrington. A full design process was undertaken. After many design iterations and input from hundreds of stakeholders the site was launched in 2025. UF Warrington saw a dramatic increase in traffic, engagement and enrollment in the months post launch.

The UF Warrington website is powered by a fully custom WordPress theme built with modern development standards. It leverages Gutenberg block technology to deliver a seamless, intuitive editing experience for site administrators. The design features sleek, accessible navigation menus that balance aesthetics and functionality enhancing usability, improving content discovery, and supporting enrollment goals.
The site employs several single-page JavaScript applications designed to deliver fast, interactive user experiences. These “finder” tools used for exploring programs, faculty, staff, and moredynamically filter and display data without requiring full page reloads. Built for performance and scalability, they integrate seamlessly with WordPress through custom REST API endpoints, providing users with intuitive ways to search, sort, and discover content in real time.
